CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking & Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing Sage & Skin! Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To provide the best experience for all clients, please review the following booking policy before scheduling. Appointment Changes We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice or missed without notice are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total. Same day cancellations/no shows are subject to 90% of the scheduled service fee. Any booking retainer paid will be applied according to the terms of your booking. Booking retainers are non-refundable. Booking Privileges /Future Bookings Clients who reschedule the same appointment two (2) consecutive times may be required to prepay the full service amount before scheduling future appointments for that service. Clients who consecutively cancel two appointments and/or fail to pay required deposits may have their booking privileges suspended. If you do not have an active card on file, your next appointment must be secured with a deposit paid in person at checkout. Future appointments will not be held without the required deposit. Emergencies We understand that unexpected situations happen. If you are experiencing a medical or personal emergency, please contact me as soon as possible at (831) 484-8734. Emergencies will be handled with care and consideration on a case-by-case basis. If i experience an unforeseen personal or medical emergency that requires me to reschedule your appointment, I will notify you as soon as possible and make every effort to accommodate you with the next available appointment that fits your schedule. Additional Information In regards to waxing appointments you may come in if you are on your period if will not affect your waxers ability to get you hairless. In Regards to children we are child friendly however we kindly ask you please do not bring your children in if your appointment exceeds 30 minutes. We know you want your time to relax and have peace too. Waxing appointments are fairly quick however your facial is your time to destress and unwind. If you will be arriving late we have a 10 minute grace period after that you will need to reschedule and pay a possible rebooking fee. Please make sure to communicate with your service provider in the event you are running behind.
